1st floor of villa, spacious, with full access to outside areas

Cribs and extra bed
In addition to the capacity for 6 people, we have 1 extra crib (for a baby up to 2 years old) and one extra bed (for a child up to 12 years old) available. The baby in the crib is free of charge and the extra bed for the child costs €20 per night. Both the baby and the child in the crib and the extra bed, respectively, do not count towards the capacity of 6 people in the house.
Capacity of the house and pets
The house offers accommodation for 6 people, divided between 3 bedrooms with double bed (being one of them a suite). You can also bring your pets.
Quiet Hours
As we live on the ground floor of the villa, we ask for our guests' understanding to keep the quiet time between 11PM and 8AM.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in can take place after 3PM and check-out between 8AM and 11AM
Payment and cancellation policy
At the time of booking we ask for 50% of the reservation amount. This amount is refunded if the guest cancels his stay up to 15 days before the check-in date. The remaining 50% will be charged 15 days before the check-in date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before the check-in date, the amounts will not be refunded.
Deposit
We ask for a security deposit of € 200, charged in cash at check-in. This amount will be returned at the end of your stay, upon verification of the property's conditions.
Parties
Our guests are invited to enjoy all the outside spaces of the house. They can use the pool, have barbecues and meet our animals. However, any parties and events are prohibited.
